About me

I am a registered Educational Psychologist with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) and hold a Master’s degree in Educational Psychology from Stellenbosch University. My academic background also includes a BEd Honours in Educational Psychology, a Postgraduate Certificate in Education, and a BA in Humanities.

I have over eight years of experience in education, having worked in mainstream schools, special needs environments, online education, and private practice. I am passionate about understanding and supporting individuals as holistically as possible. My goal is to help children, adolescents, and their families navigate academic, emotional, and social challenges so they can flourish in their unique contexts.

My Approach

I am committed to supporting students, families, and educators by offering research-driven interventions and personalised guidance. I have a special interest in conducting psycho-educational assessments, developing individualised support plans, and leading therapeutic sessions to address a wide range of academic, emotional, and social challenges.

With a deep understanding of psychological principles, I strive to create inclusive spaces where all learners can flourish. My passion is rooted in nurturing resilience, advocating for mental well-being, and promoting a holistic approach to growth in a caring and empathetic environment. I work to create a warm, collaborative, and supportive space where individuals feel seen and heard, and where families feel empowered and informed. I value curiosity, compassion, and individualised care- and I am deeply committed to helping each child navigate their unique challenges and thrive in their own way.
